Wilhelminapark, Utrecht

This involved a search assignment for a couple with a specific housing preference for a property around Wilhelminapark.

The search was relatively successful, and we managed to purchase a magnificent property by the park. Despite its original features, the property was heavily dated and deserved much love and attention. The current buyers have tackled this with great pleasure and have created a beautiful living space. Assessment: "Bernard and his colleagues possess great expertise and deep local housing market knowledge in the Utrecht region. Good accessibility and smooth coordination. A realistic picture is presented."
